If for any reason you decide to cancel, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will not receive a refund. 

I do understand that life happens, and do allow rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment time.  Rescheduling your appointment any closer to your appointment time  may require a $25 rescheduling fee. 

If you ‘No Show’ to your appointment, more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation and you will not receive a refund.

I am currently offering phone sessions and in person sessions to new and returning clients. In person clients must either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or willing to wear a mask/social distance.

If you are sick, please reschedule or switch to a phone reading. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Upon purchasing your intuitive or akashic reading, please email me at hbschedulenow@gmail.com to schedule your reading. Please indicate whether you’re booking an in person or phone reading.

I am currently booking into November/December of 2024.

Upon purchasing your email reading, please email me at hbschedulenow@gmail.com if you have a particular topic you’re wanting guidance on or you can ask for a general guidance (whatever I pick up on that’s for your greatest and highest good to know) reading. 

If not, I will provide a general reading and send it to the email address attached to your PayPal.
The current wait time for email readings is 2-3 weeks.
